Do I need a gym membership to work with you?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Programs adapt to whatever you have — full gym, home setup with just dumbbells and a pull-up bar, bodyweight only, or a hybrid of the above. We design around your equipment, not the other way around.

Question 2

I'm a complete beginner — is this for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Complete beginners often progress fastest because every session compounds. What matters is showing up, not your starting point. If you've never touched a barbell, we'll build technique from week one.

Question 3

Do you coach HYROX, hybrid or endurance athletes, or mainly pure lifters?

Both. My background covers strength, hypertrophy, fat loss and hybrid / HYROX-style conditioning, so we tailor the split to your goal. If you want to run a sub-90 HYROX while still adding strength, the programming reflects that.

Question 4

What happens if I miss a week due to travel or illness?

We adjust. Plans are rewritten every 2–8 weeks based on what actually happened, not what was supposed to happen. Missing a week isn't a failure — it's information. We plan around real life from day one.

Question 5

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients feel noticeable changes in 4–6 weeks (energy, strength, sleep). Visible physique changes take 10–16 weeks of consistent execution. I optimise for compounding, sustainable progress over 12+ months — not two weeks of water weight.

Question 6

Can I cancel if it's not the right fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coaching is monthly rolling — no long-term lock-in. After the first month you can cancel anytime with one month's notice (standard under Dutch consumer law). If we agree early on that it's not the right fit, we part ways with no hard feelings.

Do you coach nutrition too, or only training?

Both, and they're connected. Every client gets nutrition guidance calibrated to their goal — not rigid meal plans, but practical, evidence-based frameworks for intake, macros, meal timing around training, and habits. No fads, no extreme cuts.

How do we actually communicate week to week?

Accepted Answer

Weekly 1:1 video call (up to 45 min) + unlimited WhatsApp between calls (replies within 24h on weekdays) + Hevy app for logging every session + video feedback on your working sets. You're never left wondering what to do next.
